Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products that have been used or altered
- Sarees without original tags or packaging
- Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
- Custom or special-request orders (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share order details and clear images of the issue
- Our team will verify and guide the next steps
- with proper proof of evidence package opening video
Refunds
Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In some cases, exchange may be offered instead of refund
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
Important Note
We carefully inspect and pack every saree before dispatch. We request customers to record an unboxing video for faster resolution in case of disputes.
